This project was designed for one of our long-term developers, DnD Building & Developments. Our client initially approached us to conduct a design feasibility on this site prior to purchase. The site was 512m, had a cross fall of 3m, and several large street trees that couldn’t be touched. By engaging early on with the council we were able to give our client the confidence needed to purchase the site knowing that the project would be profitable. Our client then gave us free rein to design what we thought would suit the market while also satisfying the City of Vincent's planning objectives. Despite the small site, we were able to design 3 spacious and contemporary townhouses which got plenty of attention and resulted in all 3 going under offer before they were finished!
