Our client first came to us after completing another development in Leederville which struggled to sell. Having viewed that development it was evident that the reasons why the agent had trouble securing a suitable offer were that the room sizes didn’t match the expectations that buyers had, for that suburb, and at that price point.

The clients’ vision for this development was to create a contemporary inner city home that would appeal to professional couples and families alike. Our client loved the idea of using recycled face brick and polished concrete and loved the look of a skillion roof. When designing a development it’s important to know what sort of product has sold in the area and what buyers’ feedback had been. For this reason, we engaged with the real estate agent early on to get feedback on the original design concept. We also took advice from the builder during the design process to make sure we stayed on budget.

The home had such a great response from buyers that our investor received a figure $450,000 over her initial expectation.
