Market Eating House

We were engaged by our clients, Brenton and Bec to help transform this former office building into one of Bunbury’s finest eating establishments. Our clients had a strong vision for what they wanted to achieve. Brenton envisaged a contemporary restaurant with a raw aesthetic. He wanted the kitchen to take centre stage, to be part of the space, helping to add some atmosphere to the dining room while also allowing him to oversee what was happening in the restaurant. Our job was to implement that vision while also providing guidance on how to utilise the existing space, meet the city’s health policy, provide disabled access and make sure the new building was compliant with regards to the BCA.
